Mr. Gluck previously founded and led the Asset Recovery team at Holland & Knight, where he helped shape modern recovery jurisprudence through numerous published decisions on matters of first impression. His practice includes representing fiduciaries, insolvency professionals, among others. For the past 17 years, Mr. Bluestone has managed Bluestone PC, a three-generation law firm that has maintained a premier asset recovery and litigation practice for more than six decades, representing creditors, defrauded investors, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Gluck and Bluestone have collaborated closely for years and are widely recognized for advancing the practice through innovations including intermediary bank discovery and service of process via NFT. Their combined experience, creativity, and results-driven approach now form the foundation of Gluck Bluestone, PC.

The firm launches with an impressive roster of award holders, liquidators, receivers, trustees, and crypto-focused and litigation-oriented clients, supported by a robust pipeline of domestic and international matters.
